About Geneva
Welcome! Established in 1965, Geneva Day School is a private Pre-School and Kindergarten program serving students aged from 2 years through the Kindergarten level. We provide half-day and full-day educational programs, with optional extended morning and afternoon care, lunch and enrichment classes. We are governed by a Board of Directors composed of active members of the Geneva Presbyterian Church, on whose premises we operate and share space. Daily school operation is the responsibility of the School Director, with support from an administrative staff. Daily class operation is the responsibility of a degreed classroom Teacher, who supervises and directs the activities of Teaching Assistant(s), all of whom hold 90 hours in Early Childhood Education Training.
We are licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education, Office of Child Care.
