Children enrolling in a two-year-old program must turn two years of age before they begin their class.  The cut-off age for all classes is September 1, 2012.

Application and Registration fees are non-refundable.

*Registration fees are payable upon acceptance to the school and are non-refundable.

** Kindergarten registration fee is payable upon acceptance to the School and are non-refundable, however, $1,376 will be applied to the May 2013 tuition.

Tuition Payments and Discounts

• When full tuition is received by May 1, a 4% discount will be applied.
• When one-half tuition is received by May 1 and the remainder by December 1, a 2% discount will be applied.
• Tuition may also be paid in 9 monthly installments.
• The first tuition payment must be paid by May 1 and will be applied to May 2013.  The remainder of the tuition will be due on the first day of each month starting in September with the last payment in April.
• Activity fees are due May 1.
• A 10% discount off full tuition will be applied if your child meets any one of the following criteria:
  • Active members of a local Presbyterian Church.
  • When registering more than one child from the same family, the older child will be charged full tuition and each child thereafter will receive a 10% discount.
  • One or both parents are active members of the U.S. military.

If a child enrolls after the beginning of the school year, appropriate adjustments will be made.

Optional Programs

• Lunch Bunch

Children three years and older are eligible to stay for a supervised lunch program if they can demonstrate appropriate table manners and skills, and are toilet-trained.

Older two’s may try the lunch program the second half of the school year with teacher recommendation.

Lunch Bunch is 11:30 a.m.–12:15 p.m.  The children may either bring their own bag lunch or order a catered lunch.  The school will provide 1% low fat milk.

 

• Before and After Care

8:00 a.m. –9:00 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Fees available upon request.
